Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Business or other relevant field
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Retail Operations
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experienced in managing and leading group of people
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software i.e, Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possesses the following knowledge will be an added advantage : -
    • Petronas policies
    • Retail Business regulations and policies


Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Regularly monitor the operational aspects of Petronas' retail operations.
  • Ensure that all related operations, financial, and administration for Petronas Station are submitted to the retail department for daily processing. This includes fuel management, staff management (e.g., Annual Leave).
  • Ensure that the environmental aspects of Petronas Station are in good condition, i.e., toilet facilities, surau, and Mesra store.
  • Attend meetings or other occasions hosted by Petronas for retail operation purposes (Petronas station management).
  • Handle any related retail operation issues and other matters arising that involve management decisions.
  • Attend any requests and inquiries from management pertaining to retail operations matters.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities regarding federal and state regulations.
  • Handle other administrative and financial matters related to the retail business.
  • Adhere to any lawful directives from immediate superiors.
