About This Role

You'll be the face of our business — building genuine relationships with factories, maintenance teams, and procurement managers across Selangor. This isn't a cold-calling grind. You'll work a warm pipeline, grow existing accounts, and open doors through consistent follow-up and on-site engagement. If you enjoy being out in the field and seeing real results from the relationships you build, you'll thrive here.

Tasks & responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow relationships with factory teams, purchasers, and maintenance engineers
  • Generate new inquiries through site visits, networking, and consistent follow-ups
  • Understand customer needs and match them to the right products or services
  • Manage your pipeline and track customer activity to meet sales targets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth quotations and deliveries
  • Develop long-term accounts for repeat and recurring business

Job Requirements

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma or Degree in any field (Engineering background is a bonus, not a must)
  • 2–3 years in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • Industrial or MRO experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person
  • Comfortable engaging with technicians, engineers, and buyers at all levels
  • Self-driven, persistent, and great at following up
  • Own transport and a valid driving licence
  • Willing to travel occasionally within Malaysia (roughly once a month)
