We specialize in Construction and Construction Management through our qualified, experienced, professional and multidisciplinary team of project managers, experience workers. We work closely with all the project consultants with sufficient reporting to every stage of the project. We would work together with consultants on technical and costing for the project.

What We Do?

MTL Construction Sdn Bhd was founded in 1995 by its visionary founder and Managing Director Mt. CHAN FAH. In the early years of its operation, the company was carefully managed by Mr. CHAN FAH to provide professional construction ser-vice. Over time, its performance and achievements gained the company an enviable reputation and became an established brand in the construction industry. In recognition of the company's profession-alism, the competence of its support team and the outstanding achievements. MTL Construction was awarded the Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) Excellence award by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore.

<li>Assist Project Manager in post-contract administration, including variation orders (VO) and additional works. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare project budgeting, costing reports, and cost control analysis. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and submit progress claims, variation claims, and subcontractor claims. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Measure and quantify construction materials and labour requirements. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Negotiate and administer subcontractor and supplier contracts. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide technical advice and cost support to project and site teams. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other related Quantity Surveying duties as assigned</li>
