Job Description

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our team and support daily SEO tasks for websites and client projects.

This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who are interested in learning search engine optimization, keyword research, website content optimization and SEO reporting in a real working environment.

· Assist with daily SEO tasks for company and client websites.

· Conduct keyword research and competitor research.

· Help optimize website pages, blog content, headings, meta titles, and meta descriptions.

· Assist in preparing SEO reports and tracking keyword or website performance.

· Support content planning for website pages and blog articles.

· Check website pages for basic SEO improvements.

· Help update website content using WordPress or Elementor when required.

· Work closely with the team to improve website visibility on Google Search.

· Learn and apply SEO best practices for on-page SEO, content SEO, and basic technical SEO.

Job Requirements

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, Web Design, or a related field.
· Basic understanding of SEO, Google Search, keywords, and website content.
· Able to write simple website content in English and/or Malay.
· Familiar with basic online tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, or similar platforms.
· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
· Willing to learn, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
· Able to handle client or company information with discretion.
· Bonus if familiar with WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools.
