Job Description

 Responsibilities:

1. Design & Creative Strategy (Approx. 60%) 

•  Visual Assets: Create compelling visual content, presentations 
•  Design Thinking: Apply design methodologies to problem-solving across various business projects and cross-functional team initiatives. 
•  Project Collaboration: Work closely with the creative/product teams to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute high-quality design solutions. 

2. Team Administration & Operations (Approx. 40%) 

•  Workflow Management: Assist in scheduling, managing project timelines, and coordinating team meetings (including preparing agendas and tracking action items). 
•  Documentation: Organize and maintain internal team repositories, design libraries, and operational files. 
•  Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to leadership to optimize day-to-day team efficiency. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 3 months.
