Inventory Planning (Household)

• The main role is to focus & support the current sales & stock situation
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure effective inventory management on stock balancing, stock analysis vs sales performance to ensure stocks on best sellers & inventory instore at an optimal level
• Liaise closely with warehouse, stores & other departments
• Communicate & liaise with retail store personnel on stock requisition & other requirement
• Involve Promotion & Markdown planning to achieve the sales budget as well as the healthy inventory level
• Work closely with Merchandise planning team on the next ordering & incoming stocks
• Ad hoc report / documentation

Job Requirements

• Preferable with merchandising background
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
• Business-minded & possess good communication skills and analytical skills
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision & meeting tight datelines
• Computer literate & proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizing, numerical, negotiation and communication skills
