What You’ll Do

1. Social Media & Content

• Schedule and publish videos across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Manage the day-to-day social media posting schedule and ensure content is published consistently.
• Monitor and respond to enquiries, comments, and messages from customers and prospects online.
• Track basic content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and enquiries.

1. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

• Work closely with the CEO on SEM campaigns and experiments.
• Assist with setting up and optimising landing pages for different campaigns.
• Research and manage keyword bidding and campaign targeting.
• Review campaign performance and help identify opportunities to improve cost and conversion rates.
• Read and analyse website and landing-page copy, suggesting improvements to make it clearer, more compelling, and more effective at converting visitors into enquiries.
• Learn how different combinations of keywords, ads, landing pages, and copy affect marketing results.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Familiar with website/content tools like WordPress, Notion, or similar (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Comfortable with writing marketing copy and adapting tone for different audiences.
• Able to research independently and work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks or deadlines.
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
