Job Description

What you'll need to do:

Objective 1: Creating & Managing Content: To coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to produce high-quality content in video, text (blog), and image formats.

• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ideate, plan, and create engaging content.
• Ensure all content meets quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines before final publication
• Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of content

Objective 2: Social Media Management: Drive traffic and engagement across our social media platforms.

• Set up and maintain social media profiles, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media posts to ensure consistent and relevant content
• Repurpose existing articles and videos into optimized formats for various social media platforms

Objective 3: Optimizing Conversion Funnels: Run and analyze tests to enhance user awareness and conversion rates across projects.

• Conceptualize, implement, and analyze tests aimed at improving awareness and conversions.
• Conduct A/B tests, user behavior analyses, and performance reviews on our websites or other media platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize physical or digital media for better results.

Job Requirements

Here are our requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for quality in video production and editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in business and entrepreneurship is a plus!
