Job Description

You will be in charge of:

• Coordinate Interviews: Arrange schedules and logistics for interviews with business owners and senior management.
• Prepare for Interviews: Assist with crafting questions, researching interviewees, and ensuring everything is ready for the session.
• Conduct Research: Dive deep into background information about the interviewees and their businesses to enrich the content.
• Ensure Smooth Interview Processes: Oversee and support the execution of interviews to maintain a professional and seamless experience.
• Oversee Video Quality: Collaborate with the videographer/editor to ensure high-quality production of video edits.
• Supervise Reels & Trailers: Review short video formats like reels and trailers for quality, clarity, and audience appeal.
• Social Media Posting: Ensure that trailers and promotional materials are posted on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Job Requirements

Here are our requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for quality in video production and editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in business and entrepreneurship is a plus!
