Internship Program Malaysian Students - 2026 (Only locals)

Are you a Malaysian (citizen) student or fresh graduate who wants to move beyond basic software usage? Do you want to learn how to build and tailor enterprise-level solutions for real businesses?

At Musufa Sdn. Bhd., we are looking for high-potential interns to join our ERP practice. This isn't a "data entry" internship. You will be at the front lines of digital transformation, learning how to configure, customize, and deploy ERPNext—a platform used by 30,000+ companies globally.

Company Description:

Musufa’s core focus includes ERPNext solutions across financials, inventory, CRM, POS, payroll, HR, and e-invoicing. In addition, the team supports cloud adoption, cloud optimization (Oracle, AWS, Azure, and others), and AI/ML integration to enhance digital capabilities. 

Job Requirements

Role Description:

This is an internship role for an ERP Functional Intern based in Kuala Lumpur. The intern will assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements and mapping them to ERPNext functionalities. Daily tasks include supporting ERPNext configuration, testing system behavior, and documenting workflows, processes, and user guides. The role involves coordinating with implementation consultants, responding to user queries, and helping deliver training or walkthrough sessions. The intern will also help prepare reports, perform basic data validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of Musufa’s ERPNext templates and industry-specific solutions.

Qualifications:

* Business graduates (Bachelors or Masters) eg in HR, Accounting, CA/ACCA/CIMA, Manufacturing, SCM/Sales, BBA/MBA or similar education and/or industry knowledge.

* Knowledge of ERP is highly preferred and ERPNext is even better.

* Basic understanding or interest in finance, accounting, or business operations to work with ERP modules such as financials, inventory, HR, manufacturing and CRM.

* No Visa will be provided for this opening. Candidates are expected from Malaysia only.
