About this role:

This role focuses on leading Mutu Case’s Live Host team and improving the performance of our live streaming channels.

You will manage live schedules, train and coach hosts, plan live sessions, monitor performance, and work closely with the Creative Team to improve engagement and sales.

We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, experienced in live streaming, and comfortable leading a team.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

• Plan and manage live streaming sessions and campaigns.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise the Live Host team.
• Manage Live Host schedules and manpower.
• Conduct live sessions when required.
• Monitor live performance, including viewers, engagement, conversion, and sales.
• Work with the Creative Team on scripts, promotions, visuals, and content ideas.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and popular live formats.
• Ensure all live sessions follow brand standards and platform guidelines.
• Develop and maintain Live Host SOPs.
• Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or corrective action.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks related to live streaming.

Job Requirements

This position requires:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in live streaming, live hosting, or digital content.
• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada Live.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good understanding of live selling, audience engagement, and social media trends.
• Able to analyze live performance and suggest improvements.
• Organized, proactive, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
