Looking for a Internship Recruiter who loves meeting people, building connections, and being part of a growing team!
What you’ll be doing:
- Source & screen potential candidates
- Make calls and engage with candidates
- Conduct interviews and understand candidates’ potential
- Coordinate the overall hiring process
- Work closely with the team on recruitment needs
- Build good relationships with candidates & team members
Job Requirements
- Good command of English — MUST
- Mandarin speaking is a PLUS
- Confident, friendly & approachable
- Comfortable talking to different people
- Proactive and responsible
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Able to work well with the team
Salary: RM800 - RM1,000 + Bonus
Position: Internship
Preferred: Immediate Starter or October Intake
