We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, developing new customer opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities 
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners 
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products 
• Follow up on sales enquiries, orders, and customer requests 
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally 
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs 
• Prepare sales reports and provide updates to the management 
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment 
• Attend customer meetings, sales activities, and other business-related events when required 

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated personality 
• Able to work independently as well as in a team 
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills 
• Sales-oriented and willing to work towards assigned targets 
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel when required 
• Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not compulsory
