Job Description

 We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior System Support Executive to join our support team.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates who are interested in software systems, business applications, customer support and system implementation. Training and guidance will be provided.

As part of the support team, you will gain hands-on exposure to business software solutions such as Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, POS and other business management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system support and basic troubleshooting assistance to customers.
• Assist customers with software-related enquiries and system issues.
• Support software setup, system implementation and user training.
• Understand customer business processes and assist them in using the system effectively.
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer cases.
• Follow up on support cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist senior team members during implementation, training and support sessions.
• Prepare basic support records, documentation and reports when required.
• Continuously learn new software features, system updates and business processes.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

Job Requirements

•  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Accounting or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of software systems, accounting or business processes will be an added advantage.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to new software and technologies.
• Responsible, patient and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Able to work independently with guidance and collaborate well with the team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Chinese will be an added advantage.
• Training will be provided.
