Job Description

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
• Handle event and catering inquiries and provide accurate information
• Coordinate bookings, including scheduling dates and managing deposits
• Prepare and send quotations after management approval
• Manage online delivery orders via Grab, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination
• Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer requests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Assist on the restaurant floor during peak hours or special events
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. 
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in receptionist, administration, hospitality, or F&B industry preferred. 

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Professional appearance and positive attitude. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Customer service-oriented and problem-solving mindset. 

Language Requirements

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Additional languages are an advantage.
