<div>Envisioning a world without food loss, we aim to be the region’s catalyst to a modern-day food supply chain and an efficient distribution channel of food to make achieving sustainability easier and more accessible for all. We have a vision that food, that has been painstakingly reared and sowed, would not go to waste.<br><br></div><div>By 2025, TreeDots hopes to save 2 million tonnes of food from being wasted, thereby reducing carbon emissions by 18 million tonnes.<br><br></div>

<li>Manage company-wide recruitment timelines, and meet the defined hiring KPI and objectives</li>
<li>Work in collaboration with the hiring managers to define the profiles and responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs</li>
<li>Design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions</li>
<li>Successfully manage several talent searches in parallel and understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines</li>
<li>Develop monitoring tools to set the benchmarks and metrics, analyse hiring data to identify bottlenecks and optimise hiring operations, and report to the management team</li>
<li>Foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the rest of the HR team</li>
<li>Execute the recruitment activities in a timely and effective manner</li>
<li>Manage hiring managers’ expectations and provide outstanding candidate experience</li>
<li>Be an active member of the HR partnership; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy and HR plans with management</li>
<li>Take part in different HR-related activities, projects and initiatives</li>
<li>Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets</li>
<li>Assisting of other HR matters as needed</li>
