Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with Australian-based clients and stakeholders via phone and internal systems.
  • Listen actively to understand customer and client needs, providing accurate information and timely support.
  • Coordinate staffing allocations and scheduling through the company’s internal system.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships through clear, empathetic, and solution-focused communication.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently by identifying solutions, following up, and ensuring full resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records by updating customer, staffing, and allocation details within the company system.
  • Work closely with the CSO and internal operations teams to ensure smooth allocation and service delivery.
  • Follow all company procedures, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Take initiative and go the extra mile to exceed customer and client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills, especially when interacting with Australian clients.
  • Previous experience in customer service, Call Centre, staffing coordination, BPO, or client support roles is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.
  • Strong phone etiquette with excellent active listening skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience, adaptability, and empathy.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
  • Able to travel to and work from the Bukit Jalil office.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
