Position : Back-End Developer

Salary : RM 3,000 – RM 6,500

Location : Tropicana Garden, Petaling Jaya

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (10.00am – 7.00pm)

Job Description

• Develop, record, and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications with Vue.js as the front-end framework. Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team 
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications using Vue.js or similar front end frameworks 
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools 
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API 
• Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support 
• Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluation, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues 
• Document the development process, architecture, and standard components 
• Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager 
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development 
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel PHP frameworks 
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design 
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat) 
• MySQL profiling and query optimization & Mongodb skills

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
• Laravel/PHP, MySQL, Mongodb, Node.js, Vue.Js, React, Javascript, Jquery, Ajax 
• Bootstrap, HTML, CSS 
• Understand and experience with web services: SOAP,JSON, XML, and REST API In depth knowledge of object-oriented programming for PHP and Laravel Framework 
• Familiarity with API Integration 
• Strong problem solving & logical thinking skills
