Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and maintain high-quality backend and full-stack features using Laravel and modern PHP.</li>
<li>Build engaging, performant frontend experiences using React.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Product and Tech teams to scope and implement new modules.</li>
<li>Ensure performance, scalability and security of application components.</li>
<li>Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code with automated test coverage.</li>
<li>Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Deploy features in a CI/CD environment.</li>
<li>Monitor, troubleshoot and debug production systems.</li>
<li>Maintain and optimise MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.</li>
<li>Integrate with REST APIs and third-party systems.</li>
<li>Contribute to DevOps tasks, infrastructure management and cloud deployment.</li>
