Job Description

Position : Designer

Salary Range : Up to RM 6,500

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday – Friday (Flexi working hours, WFH Friday)

Job Overview

The Designer is responsible for transforming concepts and ideas into creative print and electronic visual representations with the right style and layout in collaboration with multiple teams across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Create local designs for online and offline sales and marketing materials, encompassing product information, promotions, events, trainings, social media posts, corporate announcements, business presentations, and sales aids. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to define target audiences and objectives. 
  • Ensure that designs reflect company's brand identity and effectively engage the target audience. 
  • Develop unique and attention-grabbing creative productions such as videos, GIFs, reels, and animations. 
  • Maintain consistency in all creative productions to reinforce brand recognition. 
  • Localize, update, and manage sales and marketing assets to meet regional requirements. 
  • Assist with event photography and in-house video production as needed. 
  • Perform basic video and photo editing tasks to enhance content quality. 
  • Support the regional MarCom Manager in developing various style guides, merchandise guidelines, and event style guides for the APAC region. 
  • Work closely with local market designers to ensure that designs reflect LifeWave's brand identity and effectively engage the target audience. 
  • Localize, update, and manage sales and marketing assets to meet regional requirements across APAC.

Job Requirements

  

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication, or equivalent. 
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with a portfolio of previous design works to showcase experience and creativity. 
  • Proficient in designing software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. 
  • A great eye for design, layout, typography, and color selections. 
  • Demonstrated ability to create designs that align with brand identity and effectively communicate key messages. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
