Job Description
Position : HR Recruiter
Salary Range : RM 500 - RM 800 (Allowance) + Commission
Location : Bukit Bintang, KL
Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities
- Post job ads on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
- Source and approach candidates through online platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct basic candidate pre-screening
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide candidate updates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment database
- Assist in managing social media to promote job openings and employer branding
- Create simple posts for job ads and company updates
- Support senior recruiters in daily recruitment activities and learn end-to-end hiring process
- Handle basic administrative and ad-hoc HR tasks
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with social media and online tools
