Job Description

Position : Project Admin

Location : Pusat Perdagangan Danga Utama, Johor Bahru

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare info reformation related to project summary / sales kit & etc and upload to Cloud
  • Attend Project briefing (on site/ gallery / zoom)
  • Understand well about Project package
  • Manage sales chart
  • Request sales chart and unit available with developer
  • Work closely with various developers / colleagues / departments to resolve agent-related matters
  • Handle developer feedback and complaint
  • Regularly assist agents on project matters / clarify information
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Assist in other relevant ad-hoc when necessary
  • Update and replying Developer update in WhatsApp focus group
  • Update and replying REN query in Telegram focus group

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or Certificate in any field
  • Computer literate, fast learner and independent
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Problem Solving
  • A positive attitude towards work-life balance, work smart and play hard
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • A helpful team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to organize daily workload by priorities
