Job Description
Position : Project Admin Executive
Salary Range : RM 2,800 - RM 3,200
Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
Responsibilities:
- To assist in project procurement, project sales, productivity, and profitability in helping the company to reach its goals and objectives.
- To build and management long term relationship and partnerships with key target clients.
- To follow up on project and be the middle person of contact between developers, the company and agents.
- To plan project training programs accordingly.
- To conduct continuing project trainings to new and existing agents.
- To develop, prepare, and coordinate presentations and proposals to existing or new clients.
Job Requirements
- Candidates possess Bachlor's Degree in Business Administration / Project Management / Business Management or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Preferably, candidates are able to multitask and prioritise their daily workload.
- Good interpersonal skills, dependable and hardworking.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to be able to liaise with key stakeholders.
