Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve outlet sales targets by driving sales performance, managing manpower, and executing effective sales strategies.
- Ensure all outlets comply with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and operational standards.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including sales promotions, merchandising compliance, logistics coordination, inventory control, and software/hardware maintenance.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate Outlet Supervisors and Associates to achieve store KPIs and operational excellence.
- Partner with the Human Resources team on manpower planning, recruitment, employee performance appraisals, and training & development initiatives.
