Job Description
What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end category performance, including P&L, sales, and margin growth
- Shape and execute category strategy aligned with business and shopper priorities
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities across assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Lead supplier negotiations and build strong commercial partnerships
- Define and optimizeSKU strategy and lead new product introductions
- Drive promotion strategy, execution, and performanceoptimization
- Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve category outcomes
