Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for MEP systems in f&B and retail stores.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and repair strategies.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as needed for maintenance projects.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional A4 chargeman Certificate.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a maintenance team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
