Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- To drive company vehicles safely and professionally for official company duties, including chauffeuring the Director when required.
- To ensure punctual transportation of the Director, management, staff, documents, and goods as assigned.
- To maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- To ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
- To conduct basic daily vehicle checks and arrange servicing or repairs when necessary.
- To comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
- To promptly report any accidents, vehicle defects, or traffic summonses.
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid driving license (Class D; Class G / E is an added advantage).
- Minimum [3] years of driving experience.
- Familiar with local routes and road conditions.
- Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
- Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Able to perform basic vehicle checks and simple troubleshooting.
- Good time management and punctuality.
