Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.
  • Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.
  • Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.
  • Plan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals.
  • Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.
  • Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in any field. Preferably degree in Education, Public Relations.
  • Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training.
  • Experience in handling CSR activities or events.
  • Able to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday)
  • Required to have Food Safety Trainer certified by KKM to conduct Food Safety Training
