Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve identified issues and ensure minimal equipment downtime at outlets.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for outlet equipment.
Carry out installation and maintenance of both new and existing outlet equipment.
Plan and coordinate with relevant departments on the installation and maintenance of all outlet equipment.
Analyze maintenance reports and findings, and provide solutions and recommendations when requested by Management.
Assign, supervise, and inspect the work of the maintenance team.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out within the approved monthly budget.
Plan and oversee all repair and installation works.
Prepare and update maintenance logs and daily task reports.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or an equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an added advantage
