Role
Duties & Responsibilities
Outlet Standards
•
Reviewing and resolving obstacles towards achieving outlet standards.
•
Periodically review MARU outlet standards ensuring alignment of industry standards and customer needs.
•
Developing and executing sustainable processes by monitoring and enforcing outlet standards.
•
Accountable for achieving outlet standard targets within assigned region.
Compliance
•
Identifying weaknesses in compliance processes, exploring and implementing alternative ways improving compliance controls.
•
Identifying weaknesses in compliance processes, tighten compliance processes.
•
Accountable for achieving Compliance targets within assigned region.
People
•
Accountable in achieving required expectations of outlet standards, compliance, people and business results.
•
Developing clear action plans within span of control. Action plans with clear expectations, deliverables and timelines with execution of action plans.
•
Champions people development and engagement by displaying defined values and leadership competencies on a daily basis.
•
Recognition of outlet employee with outstanding performance.
•
Shares best practice with employees within region.
•
Work with HR to address challenges in competency gaps and talent supply.
•
Conducting periodically performance conversations with direct report of subordinates. Coach them for continuous career progression.
•
Work with HR in reviewing and improving people practices.
Commercial
•
Cascading business priorities and company updates to all levels of employees.
•
Accountable for P&L performance of area by reviewing P&L consistently with Assistant Area Sales Manager or Area Sales Managers, identifying root causes that contributing sales and profit achievements and taking necessary action in sustaining or improving performance.
•
Resolving obstacles towards sales achievement.
•
Keep abreast with local community events, identifying business opportunities and increasing business performance.
•
Actively pursuing outlet networks expansion to widen business presence.
Job Requirements
Must to have:
•
At least 5 Year(s) of managerial or senior executive-level work experience in sales in retail industry.
•
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
•
Industry knowledge.
•
Analytical and problem-solving Skills
