Coordinate with cross-functional teams includingReal Estate, Fit-Out, QS, Procurement, and Space Management, ensuring project requirements and design standards are fully met.

Preparetender drawings and documentationin line with project specifications and timelines.

Providedaily and weekly progress reportsto the superior, ensuring all projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Attendsite meetings and inspectionswhen required to oversee design execution and resolve on-site issues.

Work effectively in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment, maintaining accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.

Candidate must possess at least aDiploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Minimum3 years of relevant working experiencein interior design, preferably in theretail or commercial sector.

Proficient in design and technical software includingAutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong ability inhand sketchingfor quick concept visualization.

Good knowledge ofspace planning, conceptual design, detailed drawings, and tender documentation.

Excellent coordination skills with cross-functional teams such as Real Estate, Fit-Out, QS, Procurement, and contractors.

Strongtime management and reporting skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
