Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation of annual group budget for holding company and annual budget for joint venture companies
- Preparation of accurate group financial reporting and quarterly reporting for announcement in compliance with Bursa requirement
- Maintain transfer pricing documents
- Oversee and review the management accounts and corporate tax for joint venture companies.
