Role


Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary
- 1)      Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.
- 2)      Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.
- 3)      Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.
- 4)      Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.
- Secondary
- 1)      Plan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals.
- 2)      Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.
- Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements
- Must to have:
- Degree in any field. Preferably degree in Education, Public Relations.
- Good to have:
- Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training.
- Experience in handling CSR activities or events.
