About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Digital Marketing Intern who loves telling stories through the lens. In this role, you will help conceptualize, shoot, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across our social media platforms. If you stay on top of viral trends, love capturing aesthetic visuals, and want real-world experience in digital marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Photo & Video Production: Plan, set up, and execute photo and video shoots for products, brand campaigns, office/behind-the-scenes moments, and events.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit short- and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, product demos), adding dynamic cuts, color grading, sound effects, B-roll, and engaging captions/subtitles.
• On-Camera Talent (Optional/As Needed): Be comfortable speaking, demonstrating products, or acting as on-screen talent for social media videos and livestreams.
• Content Planning & Strategy: Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, storyboards, and content calendars aligned with our brand voice.
• Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling and publishing content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Asset Organization: Maintain and organize a clean, accessible digital library of raw footage, photos, graphics, and finished assets.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor basic post-engagement, views, and feedback to help understand what content resonates best with our audience.

Job Requirements

 Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in video/photo editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, or Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio/mic handling.
• Platform Savvy: Deeply familiar with current trends, formats, and algorithms on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Personal Traits:
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
