Multimedia & Video editing / production

Assist business development initiatives of the company. 

Come up with creative marketing content for social medias and email marketing

Find new partners and collaboration with other corporate entities. 

Work on email newsletters blasts. 

Handling customer orders on daily basis. 

To execute social media content planning for internal and brand campaign. 

Liaise with social media influencers for social media review. 

Create content for social media platforms (Tiktok, IG, and FB).

Provide ideas for posters, videos and copywriting.

On-Ground Marketing events Project Management.

Enthusiastic about local brands, fruits & cheese gifting, and creative marketing

Hard-Skills (Preferred, but not necessary we will provide training :))

Multimedia Design & Video Editing

Proficiency in Adobe, CapCut, Canva, or similar

Ability to create engaging short-form video content (especially for TikTok, Reels)

Graphic Design

Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva

Understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling

Social Media Marketing

Platform knowledge: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook

Content scheduling, captioning, and trend monitoring

Email Marketing

Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Basic understanding of segmentation, open rates, and click-through optimisation

Copywriting

Ability to write catchy, brand-appropriate captions, email headlines, and ad copy

Project & Event Coordination

Basic event planning (logistics, sourcing vendors, managing budgets)

Familiarity with project timelines and stakeholder coordination

Customer Service Handling

Experience using order management platforms (e.g., Shopify, WhatsApp Business)

Order processing, follow-ups, and handling customer feedback

Basic Business Development

Ability to research and pitch potential collaborators or partners

Drafting simple proposals or collaboration decks
