MyPhysio Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on Junior IT Executive (IT Support) to manage day-to-day IT across its centres and head office, assisting staff, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring business systems remain connected and operational.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to staff and resolve day-to-day hardware, software, network and access issues.
• Troubleshoot computers, printers, internet connections and other office equipment.
• Install, set up and maintain computers, operating systems, business applications and devices.
• Support the connection of business applications and devices, including systems run by outside vendors.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, passwords and basic IT security.
• Coordinate with software, hardware and service providers and follow issues through until resolved.
• Keep records of IT assets, configurations, licenses and incidents.
• Assist with backups, updates and improvements to IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Entry level; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Hands-on IT support or hardware troubleshooting experience, including internships, is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Windows computers, common business software, printers and basic networking.
• Able to work independently and explain technical matters clearly to non-technical staff.
