Key Responsibilities:

• Create and carry out marketing plans that support the company’s goals, build the brand, attract new customers, and keep existing ones.
• Run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, paid ads) and improve results through testing and optimization.
• Build a strong brand image with creative content, campaigns, and consistent messaging across all channels.
• Organize events, partnerships, and community activities such as tournaments, sponsorships, and collaborations with sports clubs.
• Study the market and track campaign results to get insights, measure return on investment, and improve future plans.
• Manage the marketing budget and work with external vendors or agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Guide and support the marketing team, encouraging creativity, data-driven work, and strong performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer, retail, sports, or e-commerce industries.
• Proven experience growing a brand through both online and offline marketing.
• Strong with numbers and data — able to use reports, dashboards, and testing to make decisions.
• Practical experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO platforms, email or CRM systems.
• Good at communication, writing, and creative ideas.
• Able to manage budgets, agencies, and different stakeholders effectively.
• Bonus if you love sports, community building, or working in a fast-growing company.
