Job Description
We are looking for talented candidates to undertake:
- Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing excellent customer service, recommending suitable paddles to suit customer’s needs and/or offering alternatives.
- Able to communicate with customers by providing comprehensive product information and share brand knowledge
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Ensure high customer satisfaction from time to time.
- Perform stock take activity for stores and prepare reports as assigned.
