Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain aging reports
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and answering inquiries.
- Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior
- Ensure all financial documents are accurately filled and easily accessible
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
Job Requirements
- Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
- Good in communication in written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
- Language: Malay, English and Mandarin is a plus
