Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods from STO and verify the model, quantity, and condition of all incoming stock.
• Pick and pack products accurately according to the approved pick list.
• Load goods onto delivery trucks or prepare orders for customer self-collection based on the Delivery Order (DO) or Invoice.
• Ensure all inventory is stored neatly, safely, and systematically.
• Practice the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory method.
• Carry out routine housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized warehouse and office.
• Record empty pallet PID numbers and load empty pallets onto designated backhaul trucks.
• Perform daily basic forklift inspections, including checking engine oil, radiator coolant, battery condition, and general cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum secondary school education is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Able to operate a forklift (valid forklift licence/certificate is preferred).
• Physically fit and able to lift and handle goods safely.
• Basic reading and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an added advantage.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good work attitude with attention to detail.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
