Job Description

  The In - house Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions (both technical and non-technical), working closely with internal stakeholders to meet business hiring needs, and contributing to a high-quality candidate experience. Other expectations include to maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate initiative in improving recruitment processes.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field. 
• Fresh graduate to 6 years of relevant HR working experiences.
• Able to multi-task efficiently, positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong organizational skills; time management; attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
• Excellent written & communication skills and people – oriented personality.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for client engagement.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, will be an added advantage.
• Able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to ad hoc requests.
