About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our team in building and evolving a high-performance trading platform. This is a technical, individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will be responsible for developing scalable, efficient software that meets product and business requirements across the full development stack.
<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from design through deployment. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate business and technical requirements into well-designed, testable, and efficient code. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop and implement innovative, user-focused software solutions tailored for trading platform use cases. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, QA, and UX) to troubleshoot, improve, and enhance existing features. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain clear documentation of development work, including code, processes, and system design. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously monitor system performance and ensure application stability and scalability. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices, and contribute to architectural discussions and code reviews. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement by proactively exploring alternatives, recommending enhancements, and optimizing codebases. &nbsp;</li>
