Job Description

Join our team and become part of a dynamic, global organization of 40 professionals across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Collaborate closely with our regional teams to grow an exciting portfolio of leading Korean brands, including Beauty of Joseon, Tirtir, Celimax, Centellian24, House of Hur, Too Cool For School and other top-trending names in the market.

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to assist our team in growing these brands across digital and offline channels. You will gain hands-on experience in coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting event execution, and creating content that connects with beauty consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns aligned with brand strategies.
  • Support content creation (copywriting, basic design, or filming/editing) for social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Help manage online communities by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries on digital platforms.
  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to local influencers/KOLs for seeding campaigns.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and administrative support as needed.

Events & Promotions

  • Provide on-ground and administrative support for product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
  • Assist in preparing documentations, checklists, and logistics needed for smooth event execution.

Branding & Collateral Management

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of promotional assets (brochures, displays, signages, and digital PR kits).
  • Liaise with design teams to help bring event themes and marketing visuals to life.
  • Ensure all marketing touchpoints align with the up-to-date brand guidelines.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and compilation of data for monthly marketing reports.
  • Conduct basic competitor research and monitor industry trends in the Malaysia beauty market.
  • Help maintain accurate records of promotional expenses and samples inventory.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Highly organized, proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
  • A strong passion for the beauty, skincare, or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram) and basic tools (Canva, CapCut, or MS Office).
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship.
