Sales Admin / Lead Research Assistant (Entry Level)

Location: Office-based, Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: Full-time (probation period as internship/contract, with potential to convert to permanent staff)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our business development team. This role is designed for a school leaver or fresh graduate who enjoys online research, social media, and basic data work. You will receive daily guidance and close support from the sales team, making this an excellent opportunity to build career skills in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify potential clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Use social media and online directories to gather company and contact data.
• Assist in managing and updating lead databases (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Prepare and organize data for the sales team to follow up.
• Join a daily 30-minute review with your supervisor to go through the to-do list, progress, and next-day planning.
• Help prepare simple weekly summaries and plans together with the sales team.
• Perform basic admin support for sales (data entry, documentation, scheduling).

• Minimum: SPM school leaver / fresh graduate.
• Comfortable using the internet, social media, and online tools for research.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, email, etc.).
• Interest in learning about sales, data analysis, and business growth.
• Good communication skills in English (Bahasa & Mandarin are a bonus).
• Responsible, disciplined, and motivated to learn with daily guidance.
