Job Description

Nads Media Entertainment (NME) is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator Intern to join our in-house team. You will gain hands-on experience in film production, entertainment marketing and social media while working on real projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Plan and create short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews and promotional materials.
• Film content using cameras or smartphones.
• Write simple scripts, hooks, captions and interview questions.
• Assist with content shoots, film productions, events and promotional activities.
• Identify interesting moments from productions that can be turned into social content.
• Research current trends, audience interests and relevant entertainment topics.
• Work closely with editors, designers, cast and the production team.
• Organise footage, content references and digital assets.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing content when required.
• Appear on camera when suitable.
• Contribute ideas for NME’s social media growth and upcoming film campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently studying Film, Cinematic Arts, Creative Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Production or a related field.
• Strong interest in film, entertainment, pop culture and social media.
• Creative, observant and confident in proposing new ideas.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Able to shoot basic video content using a camera or smartphone.
• Basic understanding of composition, lighting, audio and visual storytelling.
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable working with cast, crew and different personalities.
• Organised, responsible, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Must submit a portfolio, social media samples or previous content work.

Added Advantages

• Basic editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Experience in photography, videography, copywriting or social media management.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or After Effects.
• Comfortable speaking or appearing on camera.
