Our high-tech manufacturing hub in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, is growing fast, and we are looking for engineers who want to work on world-class audio products for famous international brands.

In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of quality. You’ll handle both In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and Functional Testing (FCT) to make sure every single component and circuit board works exactly as designed. You won't just be running tests; you'll be solving technical puzzles to improve how we build things.

Key Responsibilities

Component Analysis (ICT)

• Verify physical board integrity
  
• You will measure resistance, capacitance, and inductance to ensure every part meets engineering standards.
• This helps you catch defects early so that we don't waste resources on faulty boards.
• Perform circuit continuity checks
  
• You will run Open/Short circuit tests to identify wiring defects.
• This ensures the foundation of the product is solid before it moves to the next stage.
• Manage test hardware
  
• You will oversee the maintenance of "Bed of Nails" fixtures and manage probe wear and tear.
• Keeping tools in top shape ensures our data is always accurate and reliable.

System Validation (FCT)

• Simulate real-world performance
  
• You will conduct voltage and current measurements to guarantee stable functional performance.
• This ensures the product actually works for the end-user once it leaves the factory.
• Execute firmware programming
  
• You will handle the flashing of chips with the correct software.
• This brings the hardware to life and readies it for final assembly.

Optimization & Planning

• Analyze First Pass Yield (FPY)
  
• You will investigate why boards fail and determine if the issue is a design flaw or a machine error.
• Your findings help the production team reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate fixture design
  
• You will work with global and local suppliers to design custom test fixtures for new products.
• This gives you exposure to the full lifecycle of a product from prototype to mass production.
• Standardize processes
  
• You will write Test Plans and SOPs for the production lines.
• This ensures that quality is consistent regardless of who is operating the machine.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Qualification: A Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus, but we value a strong technical foundation.
• Bilingual Communication: Strong command of English and Mandarin (written and verbal). You will act as a key liaison, bridging communication between our reporting lines and global vendor network.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with PCBA components and basic circuit logic.
• Qualities: A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to figure out why a test failed.
• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and use basic testing tools like multimeters or oscilloscopes.
