Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Content Studio, the Motion Graphic Artist plays a vital role in the Content Studio department, contributing to the creation of visually compelling motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms. This position requires expertise in utilizing video software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or any related softwares to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects. The Motion Graphic Artist collaborates with clients, stakeholders, and the creative team to conceptualize, storyboard, and deliver high-quality motion graphic content that meets client requirements and exceeds expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Artist with a strong portfolio of sample projects.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Motion Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms, utilizing video software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and/or any related softwares
• Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.
• Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices.
• Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
• Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to the overall success of the design team, pushing the boundaries of motion graphics design and exploring new techniques.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure efficient project workflow and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to optimize project processes and workflows to maximize productivity and profitability.
