Job Description
- Manage showroom front desk and greet walk-in customers professionally
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
- Arrange and coordinate installation schedules
- Follow up on customer payments
- Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries
- Maintain proper stock and records
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing

Working Hours :
9:00am – 6:00pm
6 working days per week
Location : Taman Perling, Johor Bahru
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
- At least 1–2 years of admin or customer service experience
- Proficient in Google Docs, sheets and Canva
- Good communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is an advantage)
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently
Experience in hardware, renovation, retail, or smart lock industry is an advantage.
