Job Description

  • Manage showroom front desk and greet walk-in customers professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Arrange and coordinate installation schedules
  • Follow up on customer payments
  • Handle WhatsApp and phone enquiries
  • Maintain proper stock and records
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing
  • EPF & SOCSO provided
  • Performance bonus based on KPI

Working Hours :

9:00am – 6:00pm
6 working days per week

Location : Taman Perling, Johor Bahru


Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • At least 1–2 years of admin or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Google Docs, sheets and Canva
  • Good communication skills (English & BM; Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work independently 

Experience in hardware, renovation, retail, or smart lock industry is an advantage.
