Here’s how you can make a difference as a Nando’s Internship Trainee (HR):
- Assist with recruitment processes, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Help maintain HR records and manage confidential data
- Participate in exciting HR projects and contribute your ideas
- Provide support for employee engagement events and other HR initiatives
Job Requirements
You will be successful if you have:
- Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of confidentiality
- Eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Has the ability to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Malaysian only
