We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects within our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, liaise with government authorities, and manage stakeholders to achieve project goals.
What you’ll do:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation, delivery, and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor project performance indicators to ensure alignment with business plans and financial targets.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline property development processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements.
Lead, guide, and mentor a team of project managers, engineers, and supervisors, while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage the approval process with government and local authorities (e.g., BOMBA, Local Authority, Mall Fit-Out Departments) and troubleshoot delays to secure timely approvals, including the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
Review and prepare tender documents, participate in pre- and post-tender administration, and ensure all contracts and variations are executed in compliance with project requirements.
Oversee design development, shop drawing reviews, material procurement, and quality control to ensure technical specifications and project standards are met.
Track project progress, costs, and resource allocation, while proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
Manage vacant possession, conduct technical briefings with landlords, oversee defect management, and prepare project closure reports to ensure successful project handover.
